BBIC is an expert and certified in Building Envelope Science and will quickly investigate and systematically test the outside of the building to pinpoint current failed areas in the building envelope. Our water testing equipment and spray racks are calibrated to simulate the Northeast’s rain patterns that normally impact the building envelope to determine where water is penetrating.
At the conclusion of the water testing process, BBIC will offer repair recommendations and provide a detailed scope of work to rectify the problem. BBIC will be available immediately to make the necessary repairs and/or provide you with a detailed report and photos for your records.
